OKLAHOMA BALL!

We've announced the completion of the Design Phase of The Diamonds at LaFortune project that will completely replace and modernize the existing baseball facility with a multi-sport venue for the youth in Tulsa County and surrounding area.  The new facility will attract and support youth of all abilities, affordability and special needs in baseball, softball, kickball, volleyball, athletic training, and entertainment.  Dreams of this state-of-the-art venue and opportunities become a reality for all youth by playing in replicas of famous fields, with innovative design, on turf field construction.  The six fields and other venue attractions fundraising goal is $10,000,000 and an additional endowment fund for ongoing expenses.  The fundraising phase will now proceed to deliver this dream to the youth and families in our community.   The property is located at 5989 S. Yale Avenue in Tulsa Oklahoma, at the corner of 61st and Yale.

The Diamonds at LaFortune have dimensions and sizes for ages 4-18 and multiple sports.  Inclusive in the design are features throughout the venue for individuals with special needs to participate in kickball, softball and our existing baseball league. The dynamic, all-purpose fields will allow more play in Oklahoma weather.   Each field has historical replica design, video and audio capture and transmission, video board presentation, youth playgrounds, water splash pads, covered spectator areas, and team boxes—a facility for the family.  More great features include an indoor clubhouse kitchen that features space for team meetings, team celebrations, live game day viewing on TV/Video, outdoor/indoor concessions, and indoor team training facilities.  The outdoor entertainment facilities will allow non-profit groups to host featured events, using large screen projections and sound.

Tulsa Little League youth and generations of families have played at LaFortune since 1984 – over 35,000 strong. Join the dream of The Diamonds at LaFortune.  For more information please email dreams@tulsadreamfields.com.
